The “I Am” Sayings of Jesus: The people who listened to Jesus were often challenged and even confused by what he said. Yet, Jesus was pretty clear about who he was, and why God had sent him into the world. If we’re honest, we’d admit to ask questions even now, 2000 years after his ministry, death and resurrection. Questions such as: What do we make of Jesus? What does he reveal about God? What was he sent to Earth to do? What call does he have on his followers? Join us as we examine the seven “I am” statements of Jesus recorded in the Gospel of John in order to better understand the mind and heart of our Lord Jesus Christ, and his call on our life.
