The Way Forward: Well, my friends…my ministry comes to an end at FPC. But Praise God, your ministry will continue past my retirement. Although we’ve been together a long time, God has been present here long before. As you prepare for a new chapter in your congregational life, lets take one final opportunity to be reminded of the mindset and spirit you should hold to as you determine the “way forward” for First Presbyterian Church. And spoiler alert…it can be summarized by Jesus’ command to love God and neighbour.
